Komutsch

The Komutsch (Committee of Members of the Constituent Assembly) was a "government" of the Right Social Revolutionaries that was formed in Samara on the Volga during the Russian Civil War in the first half of 1918 . It was composed of members of the constituent assembly elected in November 1917 and driven out by the Bolsheviks . The declared goal was the restoration of bourgeois democracy . In September 1918 the area ruled by the Komutsch was conquered by the Bolsheviks.
