Condor ( Russian Кондор ) is a Russian radar satellite.

It was launched on June 27, 2013 with a Strela launcher. The satellite with a mass of 1150 kg is used for earth observation. After the start it was given the code name Kosmos 2487 of the Kosmos series. Kondor is the first in a planned series of earth observation satellites with optical and radar payloads. The Kondor satellite series has been developed by NPO Maschinostrojenija (NPO Masch for short) since 1993. The satellites are equipped with an S-band radar (wavelength of 9.5 cm) and an associated antenna with a diameter of about 6 meters. This enables a resolution of 1–3 m to be achieved. A second copy followed on December 19, 2014.
