Gongbo'gyamda ( Tibetan : ཀོང་ པོ་ རྒྱ་ མདའ་ རྫོང་ , transcription after Wylie : kong po rgya mda 'rdzong , also Kongpo Gyada Dzong , Chinese  工 布 江 达县 , Pinyin Gōngbùjiāngdá Xiàn ) is a district in the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic China , which is part of the administrative area of ​​the Nyingchi administrative district . In 1999 it had 23,818 inhabitants. The largest lake in the region is Basong Tso .
