The Concession Award Ordinance (KonzVgV) is a statutory ordinance that regulates the procedure for the award of concessions by a licensor. The authorization for the issuing of the Concession Award Ordinance results from § 113 and § 114 GWB .

Details

The Concession Award Ordinance contains "more detailed provisions on the procedure to be followed in the award of concessions by a concession giver, which is subject to Part 4 of the Act against Restraints of Competition " ( § 1 KonzVgV).

Directive 2014/23 / EU on the award of concessions was implemented through the enactment of the Concession Award Ordinance. It contains regulations for the announcement of concession awards, for the assessment of the participation and bidding periods, for checking the suitability of companies, for the selection of the most economical bid and for the award of contracts .
