Correction move
For the basic driving tasks that are required in the German practical driving test, a correction move is any movement against the driving direction of the task. In order to obtain the German driving license , no more than two corrective moves may be made in each of the various basic driving tasks for classes C, C1, D and D1 . The maneuvering required for space reasons when parking in a parking space does not count as a correction move.
