Koulamoutou (also Koula-Moutou ) is the capital of the province of Ogooué-Lolo in the middle east of Gabon . With around 20,000 inhabitants (2008 calculation) it is the ninth largest city in the country. It is located at the mouth of the Bouenguidi in the Lolo . There are several hotels and an airport in the city.
