The house registered in the Quedlinburg monument register is located in the northern part of the Quedlinburg old town on the west side of Kramerstrasse on the corner of the Aegidiikirchhof . It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . The building, which is also listed, is adjacent to Kramerstraße 10 on the south side .

Architecture and history

The half-timbered house was built around 1660. The house was built on a high base and has a mezzanine . The half-timbered facade has parapet planks , pyramid beam heads and filler wood . A console has been preserved on a corner post. The windows on the upper floor were originally roofed over in the form of round arches. A renovation took place in the 19th century. At the same time the facade was plastered. During a renovation at the beginning of the 21st century, among other things, the plaster was removed. The upper windows were also given a round arch.
