Kristian Gjessing
Kristian Gjessing (born January 15, 1978 in Aarhus ) is a Danish handball player .
The 1.86 meter tall and 103 kilogram back player is under contract with Skjern Håndbold until July 2013 . Gjessing then moved to the second division HC Midtjylland, where he also works as an assistant coach. Before joining Skjern, he played for BM Altea and AaB Håndbold .
For the Danish national team , he played 52 international matches , in which he scored 82 goals. He was in the extended squad for the 2011 World Cup .
