Kristofer Randers memorial
The Kristofer Randers Monument is a memorial in the Norwegian city of Ålesund .
It is located on Mount Aksla , near the Fjellstua viewpoint . It was built in 1951 in honor of the writer Kristofer Randers . The memorial created by Arnold Haukeland was initially located at Rønneberghaugen in Ålesund and then later moved to its current location.
The memorial consists of a statue depicting Kristofer Randers, who, leaning on a walking stick, places her right foot on a raised ledge. The statue stands on a stone base.
On the front of the base there is the inscription:
