Krummwälden is a district of Eislingen / Fils . The current district of Krummwälden was first mentioned in a document in 1275 and has often been associated with the development of Eislingen in the course of history. The hamlet was originally called Welden , which has recently become Krummwälden due to its location on the Krumm (river) . The farm settlements Etzberg , Stumpenhof , Näherhof and the hamlet of Eschenbächer are still on the 1,642 hectare mark .
