Krystyna Dąbrowska (poet)
Krystyna Dąbrowska (* 1979 ) is a Polish poet and translator from English .
Life
Dąbrowska studied graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw .
In 2006 she made her debut with the volume of poetry Biuró podróży . Her second volume of poetry, Białe krzesła , followed in 2012 , for which she received both the Wisława Szymborska Prize and the Kościelski Prize in 2013 .
She has translated poems by William Carlos Williams , William Butler Yeats , Thomas Hardy and Thom Gunn from English into Polish.
