Cow hocks is a misalignment in the physique of farm animals (e.g. domestic animals , livestock ) and game in which the hocks of the hind legs are turned inwards and thus the toes point outwards. This malposition is usually rated negatively in the animals. Such misalignments can often be corrected in horses and other solipeds with special hoof fittings, in cattle and other cloven-hoofed animals with appropriate hoof care.
