The Kulaksızlar Dam ( Turkish Kulaksızlar Barajı ) is located 9 km northeast of the city of Seydiler in the east of the Turkish province of Kastamonu .
The Kulaksızlar dam was built in the years 1993-2009 on Bük Deresi , a right tributary of the Devrekani Çayı . The dam is used to irrigate an area of 5019 ha. The barrier structure is a 33 m high stone embankment . The dam volume is 1,015,000 m³. The dam dams the river over a length of 3.5 km. The reservoir covers an area of 1.68 km² with normal damming. The storage volume is 18.72 million m³.
