Sankt Gilgen cultural center
The Kulturhaus Sankt Gilgen as a building of a former elementary school is a cultural center in the municipality of Sankt Gilgen in the Salzburg area and is a listed building .
The elementary school built in the 18th century was taken out of use as a school in 1965. The building was renovated in sections, whereby the character of the old structure was preserved.
- On the ground floor, the community set up a musical instrument museum and classrooms for the music school.
- The museum of the Zinkenbacher Malerkolonie Museum Association is on the 1st floor .
- The community archive is in the converted attic.
