Kulul is the lowest point in Eritrea . It is located in the administrative region (Zoba) Semienawi Kayih Bahri .

Kulul is also Lake Kulul , it is located in the Eritrean part of the Afar Depression , only a few hundred meters from the border with Ethiopia .
