Kunigunde of Sayn
Kunigunde von Sayn, Countess of Westerberg (* 1334 as Kunigunde von Sayn; † July 22, 1383 ) was a German noblewoman and Countess of Westerburg .
Life
She was the daughter of Johann II, Count von Sayn and Elisabeth von Jülich . In 1353 she married Johann I, Count of Westerburg. She had four children with him: Bertha von Westerburg; Johann II, Count of Westerburg; Reinhard II, Count of Westerburg and Elisabeth van Westerburg.
Descendants
Kunigunde von Sayn, the great-great-grandmother of Philip II von Waldeck, is an ancestor of the Windsor family and thus an ancestor of Elisabeth II.
