Daringer Art Museum
The Art Museum Daringer is a museum founded in Aspach in 2013 and shows the artistic work of the Aspach artist family Daringer . In 2017 the art museum received the Austrian Museum Seal of Approval .
Three generations of painters and sculptors from the Daringer family lived and worked in Aspach. In addition to works by Engelbert Daringer , the museum shows sculptures made of wood, stone and bronze by the academic sculptor Manfred Daringer . The works of the Wotruba student and laureate on the subjects of love, suffering and death can be viewed and touched not only in the art museum, but also on the “Daringer Lebensweg Kunst”, which leads through the town of Aspach. In addition, the work of Otto Daringer and Franz Daringer is brought closer to the visitors.
