Kyra ( Greek Κυρά ) is an uninhabited small island in the Saronic Gulf in Greece . It is located about 5 km west of Angistri and also belongs to the municipality of Angistri. It has a length of 1.75 km, a width of about 0.7 km and an area of about 0.8 km². The highest point on the island is 132 meters high. About 1.5 km to the west is the islet of Spalathonisi.

In the south of Kyra there are some small beaches that are visited by excursion boats in summer. In the 19th century it was assumed that Kyra's ancient name was Kekryphaleia ( Κεκρυφάλεια = decorated head ). Today, however, it is believed that it is the island called Pityonesos ( Πιτυόνησος = pine island ) by Pliny the Elder and that it used to be forested with pine trees.
