Dice lice

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Dice lice is a simple dice game with a single dice , a dice cup and a piece of paper and a pen for any number of players. In variants, it is also as houses cubes or building a house known with other images or. The game is also regularly included in the relevant rulebooks in game collections .

Style of play

Rolling lice is played with a single dice and dice cup.

Each player receives a piece of paper and a pen in advance. In the first round of the game, each player in turn throws his personal louse number and notes it on his piece of paper (this number can also be selected according to other rules). Then the dice are always rolled in turn and whenever a player throws his "louse number", he may add a line to a lice drawing on his piece of paper. The lice picture is ready when the player has been able to roll his number twelve times and thus add twelve (according to other rules 13) elements to the picture.

When rolling houses , the same rules are used, but in this case the result is a house. The game can also be transferred to other motifs that consist of a fixed number of elements. Mice, cats and stick figures are often mentioned.

In another variant, no lice or lucky number is determined in advance. In this case, lines are made according to the number of dice on the dice, whereby the feelers may be drawn together and only when there is a two. In this case, the player who rolls the highest number of lice in a given time wins.

In games with stakes, the losers must give up tokens (or coins) according to the number of missing elements. As a variant, it can be agreed that a player may throw the dice one more time for each louse number thrown or or and must stop once when the opposite number is thrown.
