history
LNS was formed in 1973 from the merger of the three entrepreneurs André Léchot, André Neukomm and Maurice Scemama, who had previously been involved in the manufacture of bar loaders. After the company expanded in the 1980s and 1990s with the establishment of its own subsidiaries in the USA as well as to France, Italy and Great Britain, LNS acquired a majority stake in Fedek Machine Co. in 2000 and took it over completely in 2003. With the takeover of Turbo Systems in 2002 LNS created a third pillar.
