LOEC

In Toxicology is LOEC / LOEL ( L owest O bserved E ffect C oncentration / L evel) a toxicological endpoint in the toxicity determination , the toxicity of a substance to be indicated. It is the lowest concentration or dose of a toxin that shows a statistically measurable effect on the examined organism.
