La Schola , also called La Sc (u) ola , is an island in the Isole dello Stagnone di Marsala archipelago , which lies off the west coast of Sicily and is part of the urban area of Marsala .

The island of La Schola is the smallest island in the archipelago, it is only approx. 84 × 58 m in size, with an area of around 3300 square meters. It is two meters high.

In Roman times there was a rhetoric school on the island, from which the name ("school") is derived. Today the island is uninhabited, only the remains of a few houses have survived.
