Lafofa is an endangered Niger-Congo language of the Kordofan subgroup , spoken by only 600 people in the Nuba Mountains in Kordofan in Sudan .

She is also the only representative of the Talodi Tegem subgroup.

There are several dialects of the language: Jebel el Amira (el Amira), Jebel Tekeim (Jebel, Tekeim, Tegem), and Lafofa.
