Lagoa do Peixe ( Portuguese 'fish lake') is a lake on the Portuguese Azores island of São Miguel in the Ponta Delgada district . The crater lake is about 625 m above sea level at the foot of the southern slope of Pico do Peixe (813 m) and is about 0.2 ha in size. Its water is eutrophic to hypertrophic .
