Lai is a small, Indonesian island in the Timor Archipelago ( Lesser Sunda Islands ). It belongs to the Kabupaten (administrative district) Rote Ndao in the province of East Nusa Tenggara .
Lai is just off the south coast of Roti Island and is uninhabited.
