Katong Laksa

Laksa is a Southeast Asian soup from Malaysia and Singapore . It is prepared on the basis of coconut milk and chilli and typically contains rice noodles or ribbon noodles , vegetables, fish and crabs . There are numerous variants such as Penang-Laksa (Malaysian), khao soi (Thai) or Katong-Laksa (Singaporean). Laksa is considered the national dish of Singapore.
