Lamberto Benvenuti is an Italian film director .

Life

Benvenuti drew as a director for the agent film La spia che viene dal mare (1966), shot under the pseudonym John O'Burgess , the thriller Temptation (1968) and the psychodrama Stirpe di Caino (1969). Before that he was once listed as an assistant director; In 1968 he is given as a screenwriter for Joe ... cercati un posto per morire . He also wrote the 1975 crime thriller Ritratto di mafioso .

There are only guessworks about Benvenuti's identity. Some sources give as year of birth 1930 and place of origin Milan; others suspect a stage name of another director or assistant.
