Lamo monastery
The Lamo Monastery ( Tib. La Mon dgon pa ; Chinese 拉穆寺 , Pinyin Lamu si ; English Lamo Monastery.) Is a Buddhist monastery of the Gelug -Schule (Yellow Hat) in the circle Tagtse from Lhasa of the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . It is located about 50 km northeast of Lhasa and is one of the first shrines that Lume's followers erected after his return to "Central Tibet".
