Lancang

The Autonomous County of the Lahu Lancang ( 澜沧拉祜族自治县 , Láncāng Lāhùzú zìzhìxiàn ) is an autonomous county of the Lahu in the Chinese province of Yunnan . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture city Pu'er . In 1999 it had 460,976 inhabitants. Its main town is the large community Menglang (勐朗镇).

Administrative structure

The autonomous district is made up of three large municipalities and eighteen municipalities (seven of which are nationalities). These are:
