On October 2, 2014, the former Lindner Investment Management (today 12.18. Investment Management) GmbH acquired the "Land Fleesensee" holiday resort and wants to get the holiday and leisure facility back on track. 12.18. Investment Management GmbH has been focusing on high-yield hotel and tourism properties since 2006.
