Regional association of the Jewish communities of Rhineland-Palatinate
The regional association of the Jewish communities of Rhineland-Palatinate Kdö.R. is an association of Jewish religious communities in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate with headquarters in Mainz. He is a member of the Central Council of Jews in Germany and includes the Jewish cultural communities Bad Kreuznach , Koblenz , Mainz , the Rhine Palatinate and Trier . With 3295 community members (as of 2008) it is one of the smaller regional associations within the Central Council.
On December 3, 1999, a state treaty was signed between the state of Rhineland-Palatinate and the regional association of the Jewish communities of Rhineland-Palatinate, which was approved on March 8, 2000 by a law of the state parliament of Rhineland-Palatinate.
