The Buxtehuder Geestrand landscape protection area is a series of areas between Buxtehude and Neu Wulmstorf , mainly south of federal highway 73 . Due to its steeply sloping Geest slope to the north, it forms a contrast to the march of the adjacent Estetal and the Alten Land further north .
