The Landsitz Kesel (also Keselscher Landsitz ) is a listed building with the address Boleitestäffele 3 in the independent city of Kempten (Allgäu) .

The building was built in the 16th century and renovated around 1700. It is two-story with a gable dwarf house on both sides of the eaves with cornice . Later additions followed on the west gable side. In the lower house corridor there are pressed cross ridges with belt arches. The staircase has a wooden baluster parapet. On the upper floor, at least in 1959, there was detailed stucco from around 1700.

In the 18th century this house was the estate of the merchant and mayor Johann Adam Kesel .
