Dokutschajewske ( Ukrainian Докучаєвське ; Russian Докучаевское Dokutschajewskoje ) is a Selyschtsche (settlement) in the east of Rayon Charkiw in the Ukrainian oblast Charkiw with about 7,000 inhabitants (2004).
The village, founded in 1944, is located on the right bank of the Rohanka ( Роганка ) on the southeastern outskirts of Kharkiv and administratively belongs to the settlement council of the northeastern adjacent urban-type Rohan settlement . In 2012, parts of the settlement were incorporated into the city of Kharkiv, until May 12, 2016 it was called Komunist (Ukrainian Комуніст ) and was then renamed in the course of the Ukrainian decommunization .
The National Agrarian University of Ukraine is located in the village .
