Landsskatteretten

Landsskatteretten (Supreme Tax Court) is Denmark's highest administrative appeals authority in tax matters, based in Copenhagen .

The central body consists of a president, a number of presiding judges and 34 court members. The President and the judges are appointed by Parliament.

tasks

The tribunal deals with complaints related to taxes, duties, duties and tariffs. The complaint must be made in writing. The complainant has to pay a complaint fee of 400 kroner . The fee will be refunded if the complaint is granted in whole or in part. It is also possible to submit complaints via the Internet.

Around 4,440 complaints were dealt with in 2011. The average processing time was just over seven months.
