Langøya is an island in the Langesundsfjord off Langesund in the Norwegian municipality of Bamble in the county of Vestfold og Telemark .
The island is a popular holiday area and is known for its rich flora of limestone-loving plants. Langøytangen lighthouse is located in the south of the island .
