Lao Shan

Lao Shan ( Chinese  嶗山  /  崂山 , Pinyin Lao Shan , obsolete after Lessing-Othmer Lauschan ) is in the east of Qingdao in the eastern Chinese province of Shandong situated Mountains . It is an important site of religious Daoism in China .

An important Taoist temple is the Taiqing Gong ( 太清宮  /  太清宫 , English Supreme Clarity Temple  - "Palace of the highest clarity").
