Lappi [ ˈlɑpːi ] is a former municipality in western Finland with around 3300 inhabitants. It is located in the Satakunta landscape, almost 20 km east of the city of Rauma and was incorporated into it at the beginning of 2009.

Lappi is also the Finnish name for Lapland and the province of the same name . To distinguish it, the municipality of Lappi was previously called Lappi Tl , where Tl stood for Turun yes Porin lääni and indicated that it belonged to the old province of Turku-Pori .

The Bronze Age burial ground of Sammallahdenmäki is located in the area of ​​Lappi . Since 1999, it belongs to the first archaeological site in Finland to UNESCO list of World Heritage .
