Lara De Simone
Lara De Simone (born 1993 in Heidelberg ) is a German writer.
Life
De Simone grew up trilingual in her native Heidelberg. She began to write at an early age, wrote her first novel at the age of 13 and founded a theater group for lower school children at high school in 2010, with which she performed two of her own productions. In 2012 she received an award at the meeting of young authors at the Berliner Festspiele . Since 2013 she has been studying creative writing and cultural journalism at the University of Hildesheim .
