The Larga Valley ( Spanish Quebrada Larga 'Long Gorge' ) is a 3 km long valley with northeast-southwest orientation in the west of the West Antarctic Seymour Island .
The descriptive name of the valley can be found for the first time on Argentine maps and geological reports from 1978. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee transferred the Spanish name in 1991 in a partial translation and in an adapted form into English.
