The Las Vegas Ballpark is a baseball stadium in Summerlin , Nevada in the Las Vegas Valley . It is the home of the Las Vegas Aviators of the Triple-A Pacific Coast League . The stadium is located in downtown Summerlin, next to the City National Arena . Construction on the $ 150 million stadium began in 2018 and was completed in time for the Aviators' 2019 season. It replaced the team's previous home, Cashman Field , where the team had been based since 1983.
