Lassalle Institute
The Lassalle Institute is a Swiss educational and research institution for managers in business, politics and society. It was founded in 1995 by Niklaus Brantschen and Pia Gyger based in the Lassalle-Haus in Edlibach ZG , whose name refers to Hugo Makibi Enomiya-Lassalle .
The institute works ideally and financially autonomously, but finances itself for projects through donations. Core topics are Zen , ethics and leadership .
Legal form, sponsorship, management
The Swiss Jesuits are responsible for the institute, which is organized as an association . Gebi Küng is the club's president. Tobias Karcher is in charge of operations.
Education and Research
The basis for education and research at the institute is:
- a self-developed ethics position
- a holistic dialogue and corporate culture
- the work with the 3 by 3 elements of the protected Lassalle Institute model , including:
- the development of the ability to mental, emotional and spiritual intelligence
- the experience of unity, diversity and uniqueness as a culture of being between people and the world
- sustainable action on the micro, meso and macro level.
The main topics of the training seminars are leadership and authentic leadership, sovereignty in decision-making, mindfulness, vision and strategy development, team development and building trust, as well as sustainability in change processes.
Networking
As an NGO , the Lassalle Institute is active at the United Nations . It has advisory status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations and is affiliated with the Department of Public Information (DPI) .
