Latécoère 17 , also Laté-17 , was a French transport plane , mail plane or passenger plane ( high-decker ) from 1924.

development

As a replacement for the tried and tested Breguet 14 , Late designed the Late 17 for service with the company's own Lignes Aiennes Latecoere. This machine was an all-metal cabin aircraft for four passengers and made of duralumin . A 220 kW (300 hp) Renault 12 Fe engine served as the drive in the Laté 17-1R .

The first flight took place in 1924. The 23 machines built were used on the Toulouse - Perpignan - Marseille route and on some lines in North Africa.
