AS Latvijas Gāze is a Latvian utility company active in the import, transmission, storage and distribution of natural gas . It holds the monopoly on the natural gas market in Latvia.

Latvijas Gāze was 47.23% owned by E.ON Ruhrgas International AG , 34.00% by AAS Gazprom and 16.00% by SIA " Itera Latvija ". In January 2016, the pan-European investment fund based in Luxembourg acquired shares from E.ON; he now holds (as of April 30, 2016) 28.97%. The remaining 18.26 shares remaining with E.ON are now held by Uniper Ruhrgas International after they were split up in September 2016 .
