Laureles is a town in western Uruguay .
geography
It is located in the Salto Department in sector 10 . To the north flows the Arroyo Laureles Grande , on which the Paso Fialho is located about ten kilometers away . There the Ruta Jones crosses the river. The department capital Salto is a few kilometers to the northwest , while Puntas de Valentín is the next larger settlement in the east . To the southwest is Campo de Todos .
