Puntas de Valentín is a town in Uruguay .
geography
It is located in the southern part of the Salto Department in its 4th sector about 30 kilometers north of the border with the neighboring Paysandú department . The Arroyo Valentín Grande , flowing in a south-north direction, runs past the eastern edge of Punta de Valentín . The Arroyo de las Cañas runs a few kilometers east of the village .
