The Lawrie Glacier is a glacier at the Graham Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It flows into the Barilari Bay between Mount Genecand and the Mezzo Buttress .
Participants in the British Graham Land Expedition (1934–1937) led by the Australian polar explorer John Rymill mapped it. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1959 after Robert Lawrie (1903-1982), a British specialist in alpine and polar equipment.
