Lazarettspitze
The Lazarettspitze is located at the confluence of the northern arm of the Danube and the southern arm of the Danube in Regensburg at river kilometer 2377.75.
history
During the plague epidemic of 1713 was at the lower Woehrd a plague - hospital furnishings. Many of the fatalities were subsequently buried on the eastern tip of the island. Lazarettspitze is today a geographical object of inland navigation on the Danube.
