Le vigneron

The le Vigneron is a French soft cheese made from cow's milk, from the Alsace region . Its bark is characterized by red cultures and it has a 50% fat content . Tr. and weighs approx. 250 g. It is washed by hand with a Gewurztraminer - brandy refined.

This cheese is often eaten filled, either with paprika or garden herbs, or as “Le Vigneron à la confiture de framboise” filled with raspberry jam.
