The food technology is a trade journal that is aimed at specialists and managers in the food and beverage industry . It also functions as the official body of the Society of German Food Technologists .

Content and focus

The editorial content takes the form of specialist articles, reports, interviews and practical examples, etc. a. with product development, technology and technology of food production, process engineering and process automation as well as quality assurance, laboratory and analysis. Other elements include environmental protection and legal issues, as well as book reviews, personnel, an event calendar and industry and business news.
